Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Olim.
This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered.


1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States and Canada only.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or other international destinations.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.


3. Shipping Methods and Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the total weight of your order.

  • We primarily use trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx.

  • Free shipping may be available on promotional or qualifying orders as indicated on the website.


4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time depends on your location and carrier:

  • United States: 3–7 business days after shipment

  • Canada: 7–14 business days after shipment
    (Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.)


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging at info@olimstudio.com.

  • If your package is lost or stolen after delivery confirmation, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

  • Olim is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier marks the order as "delivered."


7. Perishable Products

Our oils are food-grade products and sensitive to temperature and light.

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive your package to prevent extended exposure to heat or cold.

  • We are not responsible for product spoilage caused by delayed retrieval, incorrect shipping addresses, or lack of temperature control after delivery.


8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.


9. Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, customs inspections, or carrier disruptions.
We will, however, do our best to assist you in tracking and resolving shipping issues.
