Refund policy

Because our products are food-grade items intended for consumption, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind or taste preferences.

However, if there is a problem with the product itself, such as:

• Leakage, damage, or contamination during delivery

• Expired or defective product

• Wrong item received

please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@olimstudio.com with your order number and photo evidence.

We will review your case and, if eligible, issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Conditions:

• The product must not have been opened or used (except when reporting product defects).

• We reserve the right to refuse a return if evidence of use, damage, or tampering is found.

• Refunds will be made to the original payment method once the return is approved.

• Shipping fees for returns (if applicable) will only be covered if the product was defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items:
All food products (including sesame oil, perilla oil, or any edible goods) cannot be returned for reasons other than product defects, due to safety and hygiene regulations.
