Our Story
I grew up in Korea, surrounded by the nutty aroma of freshly pressed sesame and perilla oils.
After moving to the U.S. and graduating from culinary school, I could never find oils that carried the taste I remembered. Most had already spent months on ships and in warehouses, losing their freshness along the way.
That is why I started Olim — to wash, roast, press, and bottle every seed with uncompromising care, so each drop brings back the true taste of home at its freshest.
